Once your organization is set up, the Dashboard becomes your day-to-day home base inside DocDocVault. It’s designed to answer one question at a glance: where do things stand right now?
What the Dashboard brings together:
- Compliance Overview — a real-time snapshot of completed vs. pending requirements from your compliance checklist, plus your next upcoming deadline
- Recent Documents — the latest files uploaded or updated in your vault, so you can see activity without hunting for it
- Quick Actions — one-click paths to the tasks you’ll use most: uploading a document, running the sorting engine, or opening the full vault
- Upcoming Deadlines — any time-sensitive filings, renewals, or reviews coming up, surfaced before they become urgent
Rather than treating compliance and document storage as separate chores, the Dashboard ties them together — so uploading a document, seeing how it affects your compliance status, and knowing what’s due next all happen in one place.
